If you already have a citation, you can login into your ILL account and fill out a request form manually. The blank request forms are found under New Request on the left hand side of the main ILLiad page, just choose the request type (article, book, microfilm etc) that you need.
Fill out your requests forms carefully; incomplete or inaccurate citations can cause extra delays. If you know the ISSN/ISBN or OCLC number please include it, because this speeds up processing.
Add text in the NOTES field if you have any additional information about your request:
IMPORTANT: If you are requesting material owned by Brandeis but which is checked out, missing, lost, please tell us in the NOTES field on the request form before submitting the request.
Don't forget to click Submit Request when you are finished!

A lot of older materials that are in the public domain (pre-1923) have been digitized and are available via the Internet. No need to request via interlibrary loan as you can access full-view documents directly.
