I previously had access through Brandeis' subscription but now I'm getting an article limit when I try to read articles.
If you previously had access through Brandeis' subscription but are now getting an article limit, your account has expired and needs to be renewed. Faculty and staff Wall Street Journal accounts expire every year on the date on which they were created and need to be renewed.
I already have a personal subscription to The Wall Street Journal. How can I convert my access to Brandeis' site license?
If you currently pay for a personal WSJ subscription and you'd like to take advantage of our school-sponsored membership, call 1-800-JOURNAL or email AcademicSupport@dowjones.com and request an immediate cancellation. It's helpful to include that Brandeis University now offers school-sponsored access to the Journal. Once your personal membership has been canceled, visit WSJ.com/Brandeis to activate your Brandeis University-sponsored account.
I previously had an account to The Wall Street Journal through IBS. Do I need to do anything to take advantage of the University-wide site license?
Existing users will not need to reactivate their accounts. Existing accounts will be transitioned over to the new University-wide license on the back-end. This process is seamless and users will not experience a disruption to service. Please contact e-resources@brandeis.edu if you have any problems with access. You may also email The Wall Street Journal support directly at AcademicSupport@dowjones.com.
