Humanitarian Data Exchange (HDX)
An open platform for sharing humanitarian data across crises and organizations. Managed by the Centre for Humanitarian Data at OCHA, part of the United Nations Secretariat.

Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) This link opens in a new window
ICPSR is the world's largest collection of digital social science data. Find qualitative and quantitative datasets, accompanying codebooks, publication lists and more. Formats include SPSS, Stata and Excel. Access to this resource from off campus requires that users initially register for an account while on campus.

Amnesty International
A human rights organization that conducts research and advocacy worldwide.
Freedom House
An organization that promotes democracy and government accountability around the world. Publishes research reports and country data related to these topics.
Human Development Reports (UNDP)
The UNDP is a UN body that produces a series of Human Development Reports. Find data such as the Global Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI), the Gender Social Norms Index (GSNI), and the Human Development Index (HDI).

Pew Research Center
A nonpartisan "fact tank" that conducts data-driven social science research such as public opinion polling.

Set up "Library Links" in Google Scholar to connect to full text of articles through Brandeis Library.

1. Go to Google Scholar and click on "Settings" in the menu bar.

2. Click on "Library Links."

3. Type "Brandeis" into the search bar.

4. Select "Brandeis University - GetIt @ Brandeis!"

5. Click "Save."
