If you're using a mobile device or a desktop browser without a Zotero Connector, you can save items to your zotero.org account using zotero.org/save. You can then access and edit your Zotero library on zotero.org on any web browser or mobile device.
After registering for a free account, you can log in to access your personal library on the Zotero website. If you also use the Zotero app on your computer, be sure to set up syncing so that changes you make online are reflected in the app, and vice versa.
