Being open source software, the organization behind Moodle publishes the Moodle Tracker, where they record and manage all issues related to Moodle and related systems. At Brandeis we don't run the most recently released Moodle software, we tend to stay a few points behind, in order to allow bugs to be addressed. While rare, occasionally we run into either a known Moodle bug, or an issue where a third-party tool has not yet implemented a fix for a newly found integration issue. This collection of pages document such issues.
Occasionally an implementation choice will be reported by end users as an issue, so we will make an effort to document such use-cases here as well. For example, in LATTE at one point there were eleven different tools that provided Polling functionality - in our new Moodle implementation we have limited Polling to just a few for efficiency and support reasons. If enough end users submit a ticket request that they can't find "Polling tool X," documentation will be added to assist in responding to tickets.
